The frame work for this deck, as with all of our decks, was built with #1 MicroPro treated Yellow Pine, which is the best material for use in decks. The #1 should represent that there are fewer knots, no wane or bark and of course no rot. This is inspected by the National Lumber Industry, and carries a manufacturers lifetime warranty against rot or deterioration. As a company, we are very pleased with Yellow Pine as a deck material. It produces less sap and less twisting, as compared to Red Pine or Ponderosa Pine. The floor boards and skirting were constructed of Procell Composite Decking. The fence surrounding this deck is a Kroy Vinyl Fence.
For the convenience of our customers we provide installations year around, however, be sure to plan ahead on your installation. The summer months are very busy, and this will allow us to accomodate for your holiday parties or pool installation.
